QA Claim Engineer (Powertrain engineer) (23K-30K) (SDG-81801)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze the warranty claim data and check the trend of claim, make summary report.
- Collect and analyze the warranty claim information
- Issue and progress the investigation request with production company
- Make a report and reporting to the customer
- Join activities with customer (Confirmation of Market Claim at the dealer)
- Join the quality meeting at each production company and report claim condition

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 22-27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Fields
- At least 1 year experience in Quality assurance and warranty
- Good English Communication
- Automotive industry background

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Fundamental knowledge of engine and drivetrain

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday (15 Saturdays per year) WIO100% )

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเคลมประกันและตรวจสอบแนวโน้มการเคลม, ทำรายงานสรุป
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเรียกร้องการรับประกัน
- ออกและดำเนินการตามคำขอสอบสวนกับบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- ทำรายงานและรายงานให้กับลูกค้า
- ร่วมกิจกรรมกับลูกค้า (ยืนยันการเคลมของตลาดที่ตัวแทนจำหน่าย)
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมด้านคุณภาพในแต่ละบริษัทผู้ผลิตและรายงานเงื่อนไขการเรียกร้อง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 22-27 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในการประกันคุณภาพและการรับประกัน
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้พื้นฐานของเครื่องยนต์และระบบขับเคลื่อน
