Purchasing Officer (CH) (25K–40K) (SDG-63726)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with Interior design to sourcing and order material / furniture / decoration and work together with Construction team (Engineer) to make sure the the quality of material
- Research potential vendors for construction material and finding product sample
- Sourcing and compare material to seek for quality and best price
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing of supplier
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Order material and coordinate with shipping for import process
- Review and defect quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Find out new innovative or technology to be a substitute for the material that supplier offer

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years experience as purchasing / procurement / sourcing in construction fiield (Hotel / Condominium is preferable)
- Experience purchasing of material / furniture for construction
- Good command of Chinese (Communicate with Chinese supplier)
- Knowledge of vendors sourcing both domestic and International (researching, evaluating)

เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ (CH)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานกับการออกแบบภายในเพื่อจัดหาและสั่งซื้อวัสดุ / เฟอร์นิเจอร์ / ตกแต่งและทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานก่อสร้าง (Engineer) เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพของวัสดุ
- วิจัยผู้ขายที่มีศักยภาพสำหรับวัสดุก่อสร้างและค้นหาตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดหาและเปรียบเทียบวัสดุเพื่อค้นหาคุณภาพและราคาที่ดีที่สุด
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขสัญญาข้อตกลงและราคาซัพพลายเออร์
- ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อและส่งมอบตรงเวลา
- สั่งซื้อวัสดุและประสานงานกับการขนส่งสำหรับขั้นตอนการนำเข้า
- ตรวจสอบและคุณภาพข้อบกพร่องของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อ
- ป้อนรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อ (เช่น ผู้ขาย ปริมาณ ราคา) ลงในฐานข้อมูลภายใน
- รักษาบันทึกการปรับปรุงของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ซื้อ ข้อมูลการจัดส่ง และใบแจ้งหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานการซื้อรวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน
- เข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการเพื่อติดตามแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรม
- ค้นหานวัตกรรมหรือเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อทดแทนวัสดุที่ซัพพลายเออร์เสนอให้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 30 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการจัดซื้อ / จัดซื้อ / จัดหาในสนามก่อสร้าง (โรงแรม / คอนโดมิเนียมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์การจัดซื้อวัสดุ / เฟอร์นิเจอร์เพื่อการก่อสร้าง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนได้ดี (สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ชาวจีน)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผู้ขายที่จัดหาทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ (วิจัย ประเมิน)
