Property Sales (15K-30K) (SDG-50316)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Reconfirm date and time with the client for property touring
 Provide the property touring as per client's preference
 Organize the project visiting and inspection trip for the potential clients
 Follow up with the client for the property feedback and preference.
 Responsible for after sale service
 Responsible for the report as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 22-30 years old
 Bachelor degree
 0-5 years of experience as Sales in Real Estate/ Property industry
 Good command of written and verbal English (for documentation and communication with foreigner buyers, if any)
 Able to solve the problem under time consuming
 Service minded and calm
 Able to handle difficult situation in the professional manner

 None

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(6 days per week (no need to attend office))
