Project Controller (95K–95K) (SDG-111395)

<Job responsibilities>
• Coordination and implementation of pre-calculations of the project.
• Ensuring and monitoring of agreed calculation standards
• Creation of benchmarks, product calculations, profitability calculations, and target costing
• Generate the quotation costing, cross-departmental validation and edit all relevant information for the customer.
• Analyze, interpret, and track the economic results as regards the project development and team decisions and prepare Gate releases.
• Adjust and introduce the required controlling instruments and secure their acceptance among the project team.
• Support the cross-departmental functions to assure proper processes & activities within the project.
• Develop an operational planning & investment and implement them into the overall planning.
• Realize monthly reporting on economic KPIs (earnings, profit, investment, project costs...) as well as the plant up to handover to plant controller, cost analysis, including a target-performance comparison as well as special analysis to develop counter measures together with the Project Manager/- Team or Head of the Region.
• Economically evaluate Engineering changes.
• Analyze and consider potential development trends of the project.
• Prepare and support the local set-up of the legal entity including "Board of Directors" documents.
• Realize follow-up-monitoring for the plant according to GD 97/04.
• Support Sales in creating "cost breakdowns".
• Prepare and participate in price negotiations with the customer.
• Ad hoc analyses, special tasks

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• ประสานงานและดำเนินการตามการคำนวณล่วงหน้าของโครงการ
• การรับประกันและการติดตามมาตรฐานการคำนวณที่ตกลงกันไว้
• การสร้างเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน การคำนวณผลิตภัณฑ์ การคำนวณผลกำไร และการกำหนดต้นทุนเป้าหมาย
• จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องระหว่างแผนก และแก้ไขข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดให้กับลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์ ตีความ และติดตามผลลัพธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาโครงการและการตัดสินใจของทีม และจัดเตรียมการเผยแพร่ Gate
• ปรับปรุงและนำเครื่องมือควบคุมที่จำเป็นมาใช้ และให้แน่ใจว่าได้รับการยอมรับจากทีมโครงการ
• สนับสนุนการทำงานข้ามแผนกเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการและกิจกรรมภายในโครงการเป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม
• พัฒนาแผนปฏิบัติการและการลงทุนและนำไปปฏิบัติในการวางแผนโดยรวม
• จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนเกี่ยวกับ KPI ด้านเศรษฐกิจ (รายได้ กำไร การลงทุน ต้นทุนโครงการ ฯลฯ) ตลอดจนโรงงานจนถึงการส่งมอบให้กับผู้ควบคุมโรงงาน การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน รวมถึงการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพเป้าหมาย ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์พิเศษเพื่อพัฒนามาตรการตอบโต้ร่วมกับผู้จัดการโครงการ/ทีมหรือหัวหน้าภูมิภาค
• ประเมินการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรมในเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์
• วิเคราะห์และพิจารณาแนวโน้มพัฒนาที่เป็นไปได้ของโครงการ
• จัดเตรียมและสนับสนุนการจัดตั้งนิติบุคคลในพื้นที่ รวมถึงเอกสาร "คณะกรรมการบริหาร"
• ดำเนินการติดตามตรวจติดตามโรงงานตามมาตรฐาน กว.97/04.
• สนับสนุนฝ่ายขายในการจัดทำ "การแยกรายละเอียดต้นทุน"
• เตรียมและเข้าร่วมการเจรจาราคาพร้อมกับลูกค้า
• การวิเคราะห์เฉพาะกิจ งานพิเศษ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree in controlling, finance or accounting
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling
• Experience from other business-related field
• Proven skills in profitability analysis and KPI reporting
• Conversational Business level in English to communicate internal
• Profound MS Office (especially MS Excel) and SAP CO skills.
• High assertiveness as well as persuasive power
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• ประสบการณ์จากสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจอื่น
• ทักษะที่พิสูจน์แล้วในการวิเคราะห์ผลกำไรและการรายงาน KPI
• ระดับการสนทนาทางธุรกิจเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารภายใน
• ทักษะ MS Office เชิงลึก (โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel) และ SAP CO
• ความมั่นใจสูงและพลังในการโน้มน้าวใจ
• ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม
