Production Supervisor or Asst Manager (Latex Grove) (40K–60K) (SDG-61351)
หัวหน้างานผลิตหรือผจก. (ถุงมือยาง)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control overall operation of the production line.
- Maintain standard and improve productivity
- When problem occur, analyze causes and make counter measure, implement
- Management of operator to make production line work smoothly
- Give a training for operator
- Protect safely and compliance and promote 5S activity
- Make a report
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 33 - 43 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years working experience in production
- Working experience in Latex grove production
- Basic level of English (wiring skill is necessary)
- Strong knowledge of Sanitation Law and ISO
- Experience of Operator management
- Diligent person, patient person, Collaborative person

Workplace Area: Khlong Luang, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 7:00-16:00(Mon-Fri,Sat 2times/month)

--จัดการและควบคุมการทำงานโดยรวมของสายการผลิต
--รักษามาตรฐานและปรับปรุงผลผลิต
--เมื่อเกิดปัญหา ให้วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและมาตรการตอบโต้ ดำเนินการ
--การจัดการของผู้ปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้สายการผลิตทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
--ให้การฝึกอบรมสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
--ปกป้องอย่างปลอดภัยและปฏิบัติตามและส่งเสริมกิจกรรม 5 ส
--ทำรายงาน
--งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
--สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง 33 --43 ปี
--ปริญญาตรี
-- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการทำงานในการผลิต
--ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการผลิตยางพารา
--ระดับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ (จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะการเดินสาย)
--ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายสุขาภิบาลและ ISO
--ประสบการณ์การจัดการโอเปอเรเตอร์
--คนขยัน คนอดทน คนร่วมมือกัน
