<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of product manufacturing (targeting in China) from start to finish related to Office Lifestyle products (for example, Laptop bag, Laptop stand Back cushion, Tumbler glass and etc.)
- Coordinate with Products Designer to have a good understanding with the products requirements
- Source for ingredients and packaging, ensuring specifications are met under mindset of low cost but high quality
- Forecast raw material demand, and manage the supply chain proactively
- Assist team with executing new product development
- Forecast production and supply needs
- Input the working process into database
- Ensure the smooth operation from start to finish
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of DIRECT working experience in sourcing manufacturers in China for production of office lifestyle products or other related-to-working-lifestyle products
- Analytical skills in Excel (Pivot and VLookUp): Use in managing cost and budget
- Good command in written English (mainly use in documents)
- Good command in verbal and written Chinese Mandarin (to communicate smoothly with Chinese manufacturers and proceeding the documents)
- HSK Certificate is NOT required

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบการวางแผนโดยรวมและการประสานงานการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ (กำหนดเป้าหมายในประเทศจีน) ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ Office Lifestyle (เช่นกระเป๋าแล็ปท็อปขาตั้งแล็ปท็อปเบาะรองหลังแก้ว Tumbler และอื่น ๆ )
- ประสานงานกับผู้ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้มีความเข้าใจที่ดีกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์
- แหล่งที่มาของส่วนผสมและบรรจุภัณฑ์ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่ามีคุณสมบัติตรงตามความคิดต้นทุนต่ำ แต่มีคุณภาพสูง
- พยากรณ์ความต้องการวัตถุดิบและจัดการซัพพลายเชนในเชิงรุก
- ช่วยเหลือทีมในการดำเนินการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- คาดการณ์ความต้องการในการผลิตและอุปทาน
- ป้อนกระบวนการทำงานลงในฐานข้อมูล
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานที่ราบรื่นตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 24-32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยตรงอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการจัดหาผู้ผลิตในประเทศจีนเพื่อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ไลฟ์สไตล์ในสำนักงานหรือผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงาน - ไลฟ์สไตล์
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ใน Excel (Pivot และ VLookUp): ใช้ในการจัดการต้นทุนและงบประมาณ
- สามารถเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในเอกสาร)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางด้วยวาจาและลายลักษณ์อักษรได้ดี (สื่อสารกับผู้ผลิตชาวจีนและดำเนินการด้านเอกสารได้อย่างราบรื่น)
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีใบรับรอง HSK
