วิศวกรฝ่ายการผลิตอาวุโส

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Analysis and improvement of the production process.
-Production Equipment capacity planning and improvement.
-Process guideline planning and Process change control.
-Fix and repair any problems of all machine.
-Report production information to report line.
-Provide subordinates instructions and training.
-Other tasks as assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Age 30-35 years
-Male only
-Bachelor degree in Engineer
-Have experience at least 3 years about Production field in Automotive industry (Japanese Company)
-Have management experience at least 2 years about Production field in Automotive industry (Japanese Company)
-Have knowledge and can fix Welding machine
-Have knowledge of Solidwork, Auto CAD 2D or 3D program (Can read drawing)
-Basic level of English (Be able to read and write)

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate (Rayong)
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday working : Average once in a month>)

-การวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
-การวางแผนกำลังการผลิตและการปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์การผลิต
-การวางแผนแนวทางกระบวนการและการควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการ
-แก้ไขและแก้ไขปัญหาใด ๆ ของเครื่องทั้งหมด
-รายงานข้อมูลการผลิตเพื่อรายงานบรรทัด
-ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
-งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 30-35 ปี
-เพศชายเท่านั้น
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรม
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับสายการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ (บริษัทญี่ปุ่น)
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปีเกี่ยวกับสายการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ (บริษัทญี่ปุ่น)
-มีความรู้และสามารถแก้ไขเครื่องเชื่อมได้
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Solidwork, โปรแกรม Auto CAD 2D หรือ 3D (สามารถอ่านแบบวาดได้)
-ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
