Production Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi

<Job Responsibilities>
 Be responsible for production management and control all production schedule of several production line which is producing different products
 Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request
 Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time
 Coordinating with Japan HQ regarding production plan and schedule
 Manage cost of production and material
 Put proper manpower in production line
 Take responsibility for safety of factory site, keep standard of ISO and make ISO documentation
 Communicate with client to control production as they request
 Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
 Make a plan for training, monthly action for other staff
 Implement final check of product and production quality
 Supervising the work of junior staff and operator, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
 Making a report to Japanese manager regarding planning and cost forecast
 Other task as MD assign




<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
 Bachelor’s degree
 Advanced Conversation Level of Japanese (High)
 Advanced Conversation Level of English (Med- High)
 At least 7 year experiences in production line of Automotive or Automotive parts manufacturing.
 Be able to commute to work by themselves


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command of Chinese

Japanese: Conversational level


Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Every other Saturday)
