Job Responsibilities
- Plan and control production to meet targets.
- Manage and control manpower, organize production teams to be able to operate and achieve goals.
- Communicate clearly with subordinates including related departments.
- Ensure that the production process meets quality standard requirements.
- Analyze what needs to be improved in the process and develop it to solve the problem.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิตให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- บริหารจัดการและควบคุมกำลังคน จัดทีมผลิต ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
- สื่อสารอย่างชัดเจนกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชารวมทั้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- วิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงในกระบวนการและพัฒนาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-36 years
• Male, Female
• Bachelor's degree industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years working experiences as production control in manufacturing industry.
• Conversational middle level of Japanese (communicate with Japanese manager only internally (N3,N4)
• Conversational middle level of English (communicate clients by email and phone call )
• Elementary handle MS office, especially calculation formula in Excel
• Can commute by yourself
• Personality : Responsible and ambition person
• Have experience as production control in manufacturing industry is preferable
• Business level of Japanese is preferable

• Japanese : Conversational

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri, 1 Saturday per month or according to the company calendar)

• ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา(สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นภายในเท่านั้น (N3,N4)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (สื่อสารลูกค้าทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์)
• พื้นฐานใช้ MS office โดยเฉพาะสูตรคำนวณใน Excel
• สามารถเดินทางได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• บุคลิกภาพ : มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความทะเยอทะยาน
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
