Production Control Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Verify the authenticity of manufacture statement, machinery orders and delivery date confirm to the customer.
- Notification of machinery orders to the relevant department and ensure communication effectiveness following.
- Lead master plan / Set priority of machine by follow order sheet and sale forecast, set schedule of part delivery.
- Lead QCD-CFT (patrol) of Fast Response Track to drive company mainly objective / concern problem solving.
- Coordinate with purchase lead following part delivery and drive shortage (ADC) from local & oversea supplier.
- Coordinate with other department to align all necessary info on production cycle / material planning schedules.
- Works out the effective planning and strategies in order to achieve company business / financial objective.
- Support manager to develop a high performing team to meet agreed KPI objective and deliver the best practice.
- Direct/ regularly report to production control manager and other job assignment from Manager.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งการผลิต ใบสั่งเครื่องจักร และวันที่ส่งมอบยืนยันให้กับลูกค้า
- แจ้งคำสั่งเครื่องจักรไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและติดตามให้มีประสิทธิผลในการสื่อสาร
- แผนแม่บทนำ / กำหนดลำดับความสำคัญของเครื่องจักรโดยปฏิบัติตามใบสั่งซื้อและการคาดการณ์การขาย กำหนดเวลาการส่งมอบชิ้นส่วน
- เป็นผู้นำ QCD-CFT (ลาดตระเวน) ของ Fast Response Track เพื่อขับเคลื่อนบริษัทในการแก้ปัญหาตามวัตถุประสงค์/ข้อกังวลเป็นหลัก
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเป้าหมายในการจัดส่งชิ้นส่วนและผลักดันการขาดแคลน (ADC) จากซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อจัดข้อมูลที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับวงจรการผลิต / ตารางการวางแผนวัสดุ
- วางแผนและกลยุทธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ / ทางการเงินของบริษัท
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการเพื่อพัฒนาทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ KPI ที่ตกลงไว้และส่งมอบแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด
- สั่งตรง/รายงานต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิตและการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ จากผู้จัดการเป็นประจำ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-42 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineer related field.
• Has working experience at least 6 years as Production planning in any manufacturing industry.
• Has management experience at least 3 years as supervisor or higher in any manufacturing industry.
• Has work experience in Planning, Material, Logistics, Kaizen, Import & Export, BOI.
• Advance conversational middle - high level of English.
• Japanese speaking is preferable.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการวางแผน วัสดุ ลอจิสติกส์ ไคเซ็น นำเข้าและส่งออก บีโอไอ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• หากพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก
