<Job responsibilities>
・Responsibilities as Product Developer:
- Crucial in the creation and Development of innovative and Market-leading products.
- Speedy Development of new products from idea creation to launch, as well as brand expansion and improvement of products already on the Market, using products and technologies
owned by the head office in Japan.
- Organise the information required for product registration with the FDA and work with the regulatory affairs team to Prepare application materials related to the development.
- Work closely Cross-functionally with the Thai and Japanese teams to realise innovative ideas and move projects forward.
・Tasks required:
- Conduct Market research, etc., to Identify consumer needs, Market trends and competitive environment and Provide insights to inform product Development decisions.
- Gather technology information to enhance idea generation and product quality.
- Use extensive product knowledge to set formulation plans, test methods and performance acceptance criteria with an awareness of cunsumer satisfaction and product cost.
- Assume and address risks to consumers when using the product.
- Create and Manage project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Japanese team and external test institutes to Conduct performance assessments.
- Prepare draft product labels in accordance with regulations, in cooperation with the regulatory affairs, quality Assuarance and marketing teams.
- Prepare documents required for product registration to the Thai-FDA in English, with advice from the regulatory affairs members.
- Conduct the research and take action to Ensure that the industrial property rights of Other companies are not infringed
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor degree of any sciences
・At least 5 years' experience working as a Product Development staff at a pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmetic manufacturer. (Consumer product)
*Having experience of OTC product is advantage
・Conversational high level of English
・Experience in preparing material on product information for submission to the Thai FDA
・Can read documents on product development written in Japanese.
・Flexible person for new jobs
・With the sense of Team Work.
・Have own ideas, but can also listen to the advice of others and turn it into better ideas.
・Can do Speedy work
・Logical way of thinking
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
・Extensive product knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, hazardous products, food etc.

・มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อยื่นต่อ อย.
・สามารถอ่านเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เขียนเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
・คนที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสำหรับงานใหม่
・มีการทำงานเป็นทีม
・มีความคิดเป็นของตัวเอง แต่ยังสามารถรับฟังคำแนะนำของผู้อื่นและนำมาพัฒนาเป็นความคิดที่ดีขึ้นได้
