Procurement Sub Material Supervisor @Rayong (30K-45K) (SDG-22888)
<Job Responsibilities>
Enuring all POs are correct and raised in accordance with purchasing procedures on time
Meeking quality sources by using strategic sourcing and negotiate with Suppliers
Monitoring the import and local packaging
Coordinating warehouse management for packaging inventory.
Generating reports in SAP and MS-EXCEL for the Purchase requisitions
Performing packaging budgeting
Plan, Develop, implement and evaluate process
Studying & designing new projects
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensurin.
Follow up standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements.
Generating supplier database for the material and packaging
Artwork preparation and checking.
Make a receiving plan for control incoming sub materials
Confirm receiving plan to suppliers and follow up shipment
Solving the problem all of sub materials with Materials Planning Engineer
Supplier packaging improvement & NCR clearing issue
Sub materials price comparison
2nd source providing and progress
Develop and implement new concepts.
Coordinating with ILAP suppliers to development scheme of new packaging.
Cooperating with Sales and Customer Service.


Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BA, Science and Economics or equivalent
 Minimum of 4 years’ experience in purchasing / or planning, experience in SAPI will be preferable.
 Knowledge in SAP.
 Strong leadership and a good team player.
 Good negotiation.
 Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversation - Middle)
