Job Detail

Principal Support Consultant (50K-60K) (SDG-40711)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide leadership, direction, support, guidance and development to direct reports, ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives (*only for those Principal Support Consultants who have staff reporting directly to them)
 Under limited supervision, resolve the more complex client cases and problems; actively manage client case queue.
 Provide direct phone support to clients when required, log and classify all issues and requests in the call tracking database
 Continually work to deepen product and industry knowledge
 Identify and escalate problems affecting a number of clients or influencing the timely resolution of one client's enquiry
 Successfully manage key active clients upgrading I&IM software on their own
 Take assignment and resolve support cases that have aged and gone unresolved, i.e. that may have approached or exceeded the service level agreement for that given case severity level
 Provide guidance and leadership to determine when a support case should be escalated to a resource outside the group e.g. to development
 Assist in building agendas for team meetings and running those meetings as needed
 Actively participate in weekly case review meetings by reviewing open cases on a regular basis and preparing to provide valued input during those meetings
 Other tasks as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 At least 5 years working experience in the financial services industry, ideally with experience within investment management area
 At least 5 years of working experience managing I&IM client issues
 Must have general knowledge of hardware and software technologies related to computer's products
 Must be able to communicate in English to foreigner customers
 Extensive product knowledge across the I&IM offerings
 Experience or capability to manage, lead and develop processional staff
 Ability to manage high pressure client situation and build trust with the client
 Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues
 Self-motivated
 Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audience

Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong/ Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Friday (Have to work in public holiday as well) Working hours 7am-4pm & 2pm-11pm if the public holiday is on weekday the candidate will receive annual leave(s) in lieu of Public Holidays worked)
