<Job Responsibilities>
- Welcome customers with high quality hospitality and serve alcohol and meals
- Manage sales
- Create idea to make store better and take action
- Report daily sales, purchase/inventory information to Japanese management and discuss if needed
- Keep good relationship with existing supplier and cultivating new supplier
- Be able to train and Manage subordinates for their skill up
- *Lead team members and communicate with them well
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese management members

- *Currently there is only 1 bar at Thong Lo, but Company plans to open new 2nds bar in BKK (Place: TBD). You may be in charge of 2nd bar in the near future.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Over 3 years of Bar or Restaurant Management experience
- *Management of sales and team members
- Have conversational high level of English (For communicate with Japanese management members)
- Have skill of MS office, Excel
- Personality: have ability to be a good leader
- *Lead team members and communicate with them frequently
- *Hospitality for customers and team members

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Have experience as bartender at least 1 year
- Bar Management experience over 3 years
- Join immediately

Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo, Bangkok
Working Hour: 3:00-12:00 (Mon-Sun (2 days off day)
Shift working style [1: 03:00-12:00 / 2: 16:00-01:30)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ต้อนรับลูกค้าด้วยบริการคุณภาพสูงและเสิร์ฟไฮบอล
- บริหารจัดการการขาย
- สร้างแนวคิดเพื่อทำให้ร้านค้าดีขึ้นและดำเนินการ
- รายงานยอดขายรายวัน ข้อมูลการซื้อ/สินค้าคงคลังต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นและหารือหากจำเป็น
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีอยู่และพัฒนาซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่
- สามารถฝึกอบรมและจัดการลูกน้องตามทักษะของพวกเขาได้
- *เป็นผู้นำสมาชิกในทีมและสื่อสารกับพวกเขาได้ดี
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น

- *ปัจจุบันมีเพียง 1 บาร์ที่ทองหล่อ แต่บริษัทฯ มีแผนจะเปิดบาร์แห่งที่ 2 ในกรุงเทพฯ (สถานที่: TBD) คุณอาจจะรับผิดชอบดูแลของบาร์ที่ 2 ในอนาคต

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในการบริหารบาร์หรือร้านอาหาร
- *การจัดการการขายและสมาชิกในทีม
- มีการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูง (สำหรับสื่อสารกับสมาชิกผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- มีทักษะการใช้ MS office, Excel
- บุคลิกภาพ : มีความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
- *เป็นผู้นำสมาชิกในทีมและสื่อสารกับพวกเขาบ่อยๆ
- *การบริการลูกค้าและสมาชิกในทีม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในฐานะบาร์เทนเดอร์
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในการบริหารบาร์
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันที
