- Manage members in New Business Development team
- Bring in new clients in digital (like a ‘hunter’)
- Develop new business focusing on digital in our existing clients
- Hit agreed financial targets in gross margin
- Acquire/reallocate resources to make this happen including talent and tools

- Understand full picture of digital performance marketing
- Have strong network with clients who are responsible for digital marketing activity and budget control
- Experienced managing teams
- At least 7 years' work experience in advertising/digital marketing agency
- Good command of English
