Mechanical Design and Estimation Manager (45K-80K) (SDG-8174)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Control the design of factory’s mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system
 Prepare design budget proposals for a variety of project types that appropriately reflect the effort required on any given project
 Responsible for monitoring project’s design budgets
 Collaborate with the Enterprise Engineering Team
 Participate in appropriate local clients and organizations
 Refines management skills to assess in advance the need for additional staff to complete design work on schedule



Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon - Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/female, age 40-45 years old
 Bachelor degree
 Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in the building construction and design
 Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation
 Have the ability to lead own team
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English
 Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
 Engineer license at least Level 2 is necessary
