<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To controlling, planning, supervising, following up on marketing work and creating a marketing plan to explore competitors' market information and developing new projects.

<Job Responsibilities>
・To planning strategy for marketing and public relations
・To marketing plan and budget for monthly activities and annual budget.
・Plan to control the activities organized each month with the residents.
・Follow up on the work according to the plan, follow up on online / offline media.
・Find market opportunities and new real estate projects
・Manpower management control

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
・At least 5 years of working experience in marketing role in any industry.
・At least 2 years in management experience
・Conversation middle level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to use Microsoft Office program
・Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, conceptual thinking
