Job Detail

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage information exchange between Company Groups/Customers (Europe, Indonesia, Japan)
• Manage analysis ASEAN and Thailand business areas in market trend for business proposal.
• Manage product planning & management for ASEAN multimedia product
• Manage and present proposals of new products to customers/ sharing information and collect information.
• Cooperate with sales and concerns to get new business to achieve company target sales.
• Cooperate with company groups and internal.
• Participate in Technical Exhibition concerning Thailand’s business area and ASEAN region.
• Team development/ Educate/ Coach section/ department members.
• Others may be assigned based on company’s policy.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่างกลุ่มบริษัท/ลูกค้า (ยุโรป, อินโดนีเซีย, ญี่ปุ่น)
• วิเคราะห์พื้นที่ธุรกิจอาเซียนและประเทศไทยในแนวโน้มตลาดสำหรับข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจ
• รวางแผนและจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์มัลติมีเดียของอาเซียน
• นำเสนอข้อเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่แก่ลูกค้า / แบ่งปันข้อมูลและรวบรวมข้อมูล
• ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อให้ได้ธุรกิจใหม่ และเพื่อบรรลุยอดขายตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• ร่วมมือกับกลุ่มบริษัทและภายใน
• เข้าร่วมนิทรรศการทางเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับพื้นที่ธุรกิจของประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคอาเซียน
• พัฒนาทีม/ ให้ความรู้/ ดูแลส่วนโค้ช/ สมาชิกในแผนก
• งานอื่นๆ อาจได้รับมอบหมายตามนโยบายของบริษัท


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing, Market analysis, Business Development in automotive manufacturing
• Have management experience 3 years as Assistant - Manager level.
• Good at computer skills for example, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Conversation high of English (Mostly contact with Japanese group company e.g. Europe, Indonesia)
• Experience of business trip abroad is preferable.
• Business English level is preferable.

Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Sat Working: 1-2 times per month (depends on company calendar)>)

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในด้านการตลาด การวิเคราะห์ตลาด และการพัฒนาธุรกิจด้านการผลิตยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร 3 ปี ในระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ
• มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ระดับดี เช่น Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (ส่วนใหญ่จะติดต่อกับกลุ่มบริษัทญี่ปุ่น เช่น ยุโรป, อินโดนีเซีย)
• มีประสบการณ์การเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจในต่างประเทศจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
