Marketing Director (60K-120K) (SDG-50870)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Overseeing marketing department.
 Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
 Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
 Communicating the marketing plan.
 Researching demand for our products and services.
 Competitor research.
 Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
 Identifying potential customers.
 Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
 Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 More than 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/ Strategic Planning functions especially in Real Estate/ Construction industry
 Possess analytical, data management and data analytics skills
 Good command of verbal and written English (for communicating internal and externally)
 Have own car and driving license for business purpose (average once in a month)
