Maintenance Supervisor (30K – 45K) (SDG-105477)

Job Detail

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and maintain predictive & preventive maintenance all machines, robot and other utility & facility
• Ensure all machines are optimize utilized to smoothly support the production.
• Ensure all spare parts are adequate and keep in place and ready to use in time.
• Secure plant safety, and environment and promote 5S activity
• Other tasks as assigned.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร หุ่นยนต์ ตลอดจนสาธารณูปโภค และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ทั้งหมด
• ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรทั้งหมดว่าได้รับการปรับให้เหมาะสมเพื่อรองรับการผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น
• ตรวจสอบอะไหล่ทั้งหมดว่ามีเพียงพอและเก็บรักษาให้อยู่กับที่พร้อมใช้งานทันเวลา
• รักษาความปลอดภัยของโรงงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม และส่งเสริมกิจกรรม 5S
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical or related field.
• At least 5 years working as Maintenance in any manufacturing.
• Have management skill to control subordinate 2 years.
• Experience PM in utility & facility. maintenance.
• Advance conversation low in English. (Able to do report and email)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making, people management skills
• Must have own car or motor bike for commuting
• Able to work as day and night shift
• Not job hopper
• Can join immediately.
• Working in Japanese company is preferable.

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: 2 times per month/ Night shift: every 2 weeks per month)

• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• เพศชาย
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านซ่อมบำรุงในการผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 2 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ PM ในด้านสาธารณูปโภค สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และการซ่อมบำรุง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (สามารถจัดทำรายงานและเขียนอีเมล์ได้)
• มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาและตัดสินใจได้ด้วยตนเอง และมีทักษะการบริหารจัดการบุคลากร
• ต้องมีรถยนต์หรือรถจักรยานยนต์เป็นของตัวเองในการเดินทาง
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะกลางวันและกลางคืนได้
• ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
