Logistics & Automation Service Engineer (Fresh grads, Software) (19K–30K) (SDG-103777)
วิศวกรฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์และระบบอัตโนมัติ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่, ซอฟต์แวร์)

<Job responsibilities>
- Take care customers and check the situation of the products regularly
- Trouble shooting about the system
- Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Promptly follow up on service requests and Provide customer feedback
- Monitor equipment and machinery performance
- Report to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
- Other tasks as assigned
*Clients are located mainly in Chonburi.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลลูกค้าและตรวจสอบสถานะสินค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบ
- มอบโซลูชั่นที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อไขข้อกังวลของลูกค้า
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้า วิศวกร และช่างเทคนิคอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบริการต่างๆ จะได้รับการส่งมอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามคำขอบริการและให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ลูกค้าทันที
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักร
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการและหัวหน้างานเป็นประจำ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
*ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดชลบุรี


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree of any engineering field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Conversational middle level of English (To communicate with Japanese members)
• Own car and able to use for business purpose
• Flexibility work on Saturday (can compensate to leave on weekday)
• Flexibility to work overtime
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Conversational middle level of Japanese
• Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Chonburi area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: Depends on project >)

• ยืดหยุ่นงานในวันเสาร์ (สามารถชดเชยการลาหยุดวันธรรมดาได้)
• มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานล่วงเวลา
