Job Detail

Logistic Customer Service (Supervisor - Assistant) (30K-45K) (SDG-37846)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Daily Monitor team for new bookings placed by vendors, assist team to secure space from carrier, release booking confirmation to vendors on time per SOP
 Daily monitor team to complete data in system on time such as vessel schedule, Containers’ information, ISF filing, complete final document scanning within timeline.
 Daily correspondent via e-mail with overseas agents, carriers, vendors, container yard, terminal to solve daily problems and also guide team to solve all daily problem on time to avoid penalty and make customer satisfaction.
 Provide supervision, guidance, and support to all team staffs regarding operations, standardized procedures, and systems data
 Identify internal/external customer needs and develop solutions to solve challenges
 Develop and build relationships with carrier, transportation and vendors.
 Manage profit and loss of section's Revenue
 Manage staff's performance to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives are met
 Prepare monthly report or any report required by Manager/G.M
 Attend online conference by overseas agent and lead team to join online training
 Prepare presentation and arrange meeting with customer per requirement.
 Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality ,Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
 At least 7 years’ experience in Logistics or Sea Freight Forwarder
 Good command of spoken and written English ( Able to communicate with oversea such as Hong Kong and Singapore)
 Computer literate in MS Excel (Vlookup and Pivot table)
 Strong leadership, Good interpersonal skill and presentation skills
 Negotiation and influencing skills

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
