Legal Specialist @Chonburi (50K-80K) (SDG-50779)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Handle overall legal, Compliance and Information System Management matter.
 Support legal and compliance matter
 Draft, Review and negotiate various business contract.
 Perform legal documents and coordinate with relate departments.
 Perform advice on legal issue for Personnel Section Manager and related department with assignment.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 College Diploma or Higher in Law.
 Thai Lawer's license qualified at least 10 years of post-qualified experience gained in Law firm and advisor in house.
 Extensive knowledge of Thai Commercial and Investment Laws.
 Ability to review and analyze commercial contracts.
 Excellent written and spoken in English.
 Strong interpersonal and presentation skill.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working Experience as Legal in Manufacturing
