Legal Section Manager (50K–65K) (SDG-63181)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายกฎหมาย
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide legal advisory to the management and business operatin
- Drafting and reviewing contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international
- Control Contract Management System and support all users in group companies
- Support and control all work in team
- To investigate and provide solutions when legal/compliance issue occur
- Making report and present to Japanese Management
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 33 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- At least 7 years of experiences as Legal in Manufacturing
- Experience in field such as Document Control, ISO Management System
- Leadership skil : be able to give advise/ solution for subordinates
- Complete assignments within deadline

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have lawyer license / Thai Bar
- Able to speak Japanese
- Experience in the Automotive field or big company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ฝ่ายบริหารและการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- ร่างและทบทวนสัญญารองรับธุรกรรมต่าง ๆ ขององค์กรและการค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ควบคุมระบบการจัดการสัญญาและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้ทั้งหมดในกลุ่มบริษัท
- สนับสนุนและควบคุมงานทั้งหมดในทีม
- เพื่อตรวจสอบและจัดหาแนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดปัญหาด้านกฎหมาย/การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 33 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปีในด้านกฎหมายในการผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ในสาขา เช่น Document Control, ISO Management System
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ : สามารถให้คำแนะนำ/แนวทางแก้ไขให้กับลูกน้องได้
- ทำงานให้เสร็จภายในกำหนด

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ / Thai Bar
-สามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านยานยนต์หรือบริษัทใหญ่
