Legal Consultant (40K-100K) (SDG-40373)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide legal support after place the deal
 Investigate Thai law related M&A
 Cooperate with 3rd party's lawyer and make documents
 Other tasks assigned by Japanese MD



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Legal or any related
 Having knowledge in law related M&A such as corporate law etc.
 Good command in English (Advanced conversational level)
 Interested in M&A Business

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in M&A is advantage point

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi , Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
