<Job Responsibilities>
- Making contract documents and review documents in Thai and English
- Conduct research and make report related Thai law in Thai and English
- Support prepare governmental documents and proxy application.
- Internal legal tasks
- Other assignment from the Japanese staff, Thai lawyer
- *Mostly take care case related labour law and corporate law
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in law
- more than 3 years of working experience as lawyer in law firm or corporate legal
- Conversational High-level English (to review English documents and communicate with Japanese staff)
- Able to review contract
- Familiar with corporate law and labour law
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Not job hopper
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Lawyer's license
- Law firm experience

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดทำเอกสารสัญญาและตรวจทานเอกสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
- ดำเนินการวิจัยและจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายไทยทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- รองรับการจัดเตรียมเอกสารราชการและการสมัครรับมอบฉันทะ
- งานด้านกฎหมายภายใน
- งานอื่นๆ จากพนักงานญี่ปุ่น ทนายไทย
- *ดูแลคดีเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานและกฎหมายบริษัทเป็นหลัก
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24-30 ปี
- นิติศาสตรบัณฑิต
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในฐานะทนายความในสำนักงานกฎหมายหรือกฎหมายองค์กร
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เพื่อตรวจทานเอกสารภาษาอังกฤษและสื่อสารกับเจ้าหน้าที่ชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- สามารถตรวจสอบสัญญาได้
- คุ้นเคยกับกฎหมายบริษัทและกฎหมายแรงงาน
- ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสาร
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
