IT/DX Promotion Manager (Digital Transformation) (80K–100K) (SDG-102847)

<Job responsibilities>
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, emphasizing the optimization of network architecture, cloud computing solutions and overall systems management, guarantee Strong system performance, enforce rigorous security protocols and continuously drive improvement within the IT infrastructure field
- Oversees the protection of digital assets and information, manages incident response, conducts security audit, nurtures cyber security awareness, leads the CSIRT, adheres to GA-SG standards and directs cyber security training initiatives.
- Oversees daily IT operations focusing on maintaining efficient system functionality, regular maintenance and prompt solutions on incidents, steer change and release management procedures to sustain operational consistency, offer guidance and leadership
- Act as the primary group leader for the ASEAN Group's regional headquarters, overseeing group of companies, driving regional strategies and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and IT initiatives.
- Efficiently manage and allocate resources, encompassing manpower, financial budgets and time, optimize resource utilization to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives with ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- เป็นผู้นำการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์และการดำเนินโครงการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที โดยเน้นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสถาปัตยกรรมเครือข่าย โซลูชันคอมพิวเตอร์คลาวด์ และการจัดการระบบโดยรวม รับประกันประสิทธิภาพของระบบที่ดี บังคับใช้มาตรการความปลอดภัยที่เข้มงวด และขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องภายในสาขาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที
- ดูแลการปกป้องทรัพย์สินและข้อมูลดิจิทัล จัดการการตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย ส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในโลกไซเบอร์ เป็นผู้นำ CSIRT ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GA-SG และกำกับดูแลโครงการริเริ่มการฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์
- ดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านไอทีรายวันโดยมุ่งเน้นที่การรักษาฟังก์ชันการทำงานของระบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การบำรุงรักษาตามปกติและการแก้ปัญหาโดยทันทีเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์ คัดท้ายการเปลี่ยนแปลงและขั้นตอนการจัดการการปล่อยเพื่อรักษาความสอดคล้องในการปฏิบัติงาน ให้คำแนะนำและความเป็นผู้นำ
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำกลุ่มหลักสำหรับสำนักงานใหญ่ระดับภูมิภาคของกลุ่มอาเซียน ดูแลกลุ่มบริษัท ขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ระดับภูมิภาค และรับประกันความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายโดยรวมขององค์กรและความคิดริเริ่มด้านไอที
- จัดการและจัดสรรทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครอบคลุมกำลังคน งบประมาณทางการเงิน และเวลา เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากรเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายสำคัญของโครงการและวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร พร้อมรับประกันความคุ้มค่าและประสิทธิผล
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience as IT Manager (Budget, OA, security, infra) / Project Manager / Consultant in IT implementation project (Digital transformation)
- Strong overall IT knowledge, able to Support infrastructure, IT security, and budget control for IT projects.
- Business level of English ( internal and external communication)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Have management skill
- Office 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Automate, and future O365 functions
- IT Projects (IT committee, IT/DX Request, security, communication) and budget control

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (15 Saturdays per year) )

- มีความรู้ด้านไอทีโดยรวมที่ดี สามารถสนับสนุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ความปลอดภัยด้านไอที และการควบคุมงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการด้านไอที
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (การสื่อสารภายในและภายนอก)

- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ
- ทักษะ Office 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Automate และ O365 ในอนาคต
