IT Support Engineer Manager (GPS Business) (30K–50K) (SDG-103409)
ผู้จัดการวิศวกรฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านไอที (ธุรกิจ GPS)

<Job responsibilities>
- Take care of customers who use the company's GPS and Telematics Solution products.
- Install and solve problems related to the use of the company's programs for customers.
- Prepare the presentation, Using the company's programs for customers.
- Learn new products that the company sells.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลลูกค้าที่ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ GPS และ Telematics Solution ของบริษัท
- ติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานโปรแกรมของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้า
- เตรียมการนำเสนอ, การใช้โปรแกรมของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้า.
- เรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ที่บริษัทจำหน่าย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 28 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer, Science or related fields
- 2 - 4 years experience in IT Support
- Presentation skills
- Able to communicate in English through email and WhatsApp.
- Have leadership qualities.
- Have good human relations able to work together with others, have a love for service.
- CAN work under pressure and solve Immediate problems well.
- Able to travel to install the company's products, Sometimes in other provinces.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the GPS industry will be given special consideration.
- Own car

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (WIO)

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support 2 - 4 ปี
- ทักษะการนำเสนอ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษผ่านทางอีเมลและ WhatsApp ได้
- มีคุณสมบัติความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ มีใจรักในงานบริการ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปติดตั้งสินค้าของบริษัทได้, ต่างจังหวัดได้บางครั้ง.

- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม GPS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
