เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายเทคนิคเครือข่ายไอที (นอกสถานที่)
<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor, Maintain and improvement for IT network, server and systems of customer.
- Finding the solution for solving problems IT systems of customer.
- Design, install and configuration PC and server system for supporting customer.
- Supporting IT projects of customer.
- Report the incident from network usage.
- Other assignment from superior.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตรวจสอบ บำรุงรักษา และปรับปรุงเครือข่ายไอที เซิร์ฟเวอร์ และระบบของลูกค้า
- ค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาระบบไอทีของลูกค้า
- ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง และกำหนดค่าระบบ PC และ Server เพื่อสนับสนุนลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนโครงการด้านไอทีของลูกค้า
- รายงานเหตุการณ์จากการใช้งานเครือข่าย
- งานอื่นๆ จากหัวหน้า
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, IT or any related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in customer project.
- knowledge and experience Cisco
- Excellent computer Skill about Hardware and Software is concerning with network System.
- Experiences involving LAN, WAN, or Wireless server
- Good English in Communication, Writing and Reading [mainly email/documents, sometimes communicate with Japanese customers]
- Good service mind and flexible for working.
- Able to visit client (company Provide car and Driver)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Network certification; CCNA, CCNP or related would be an advantage.

Workplace Area: MRT Ministry of Public Health
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(WIO - Monday-Friday (Work on site and remote in office))

- ความรู้และประสบการณ์ของซิสโก้
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมเกี่ยวกับฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครือข่าย
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ LAN, WAN หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ไร้สาย
- ภาษาอังกฤษดีในด้านการสื่อสาร การเขียน และการอ่าน [อีเมล/เอกสารเป็นหลัก บางครั้งสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น]
- มีใจบริการที่ดีและมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
- สามารถพบลูกค้าได้ (บริษัทมีรถและคนขับให้)
