IT assistant (System Analyst) (25K–35K) (SDG-64895)
ผู้ช่วยไอที (นักวิเคราะห์ระบบ)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Create proposal to customers based on their requirement
- Make system document such as system overview, program specification , program flow, test case, etc.
- Contact vendors in order to co-business
- Create presentation assigned by the manager
- Assist the manager to operate the IT system provided to customer
- Ensure the developed system works properly
- Visits customers, vendors or external companies with the manager
- Research and update new vendors on hand
- Participates the meetings related to your assigned projects
- Collaborates with IT developer to control the system development
- Other tasks as assigned by management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years work experience as System Analyst, IT Sales, or any related to IT field
- Understand IT solution & infrastructure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
- Good command in English
- Professional Presentation and interpersonal skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in project management
- Japanese language skill

Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom or Rachadamri,Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Saturday (Saturday only when needed))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สร้างข้อเสนอให้กับลูกค้าตามความต้องการ
- ทำเอกสารระบบ เช่น ภาพรวมระบบ ข้อกำหนดโปรแกรม การไหลของโปรแกรม กรณีทดสอบ ฯลฯ
- ติดต่อผู้ขายเพื่อร่วมธุรกิจ
- สร้างงานนำเสนอที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
- ช่วยผู้จัดการดำเนินการระบบไอทีที่จัดให้ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าระบบที่พัฒนาแล้วทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้า ผู้ขาย หรือบริษัทภายนอกกับผู้จัดการ
- วิจัยและอัพเดทผู้ค้ารายใหม่ในมือ
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายของคุณ
- ร่วมมือกับนักพัฒนาไอทีเพื่อควบคุมการพัฒนาระบบ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 23 - 28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-3 ปี ในตำแหน่ง System Analyst, IT Sales หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IT field
- เข้าใจโซลูชันไอทีและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
- เชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ PowerPoint
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- การนำเสนออย่างมืออาชีพและทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการ
- ทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่น

ทักษะทางภาษา
ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา
ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี

สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ชิดลม หรือ ราชดำริ กรุงเทพมหานคร
เวลาทำการ: 9:00-18:00 น. (จันทร์-เสาร์ (เฉพาะวันเสาร์เมื่อจำเป็น))
