Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead for ISO related projects under the company KPI
- Arrange an internal audit and manager for each department
- Responsible for whole Document Control of ISO 9001-2015 / IATF 16949 and make a schedule for an audit of ISO 9001-2015 / ISO14001: 2015 / IATF 16949 system per year with ISO member
- Prepare and control documents in the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015/ ISO14001: 2015 / IATF 16949.
- Arrange a Management review meeting and make a report
- Control KPI for the Quality department.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Managements
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- จัดทำและเป็นผู้นำโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ISO ภายใต้ KPI ของบริษัท
- จัดให้มีการตรวจสอบภายในและผู้จัดการแต่ละแผนก
- รับผิดชอบทั้ง Document Control ของ ISO 9001-2015 / IATF 16949 และจัดทำตารางการตรวจสอบระบบ ISO 9001-2015 / ISO14001:2015 / IATF 16949 ต่อปี โดยมีสมาชิก ISO
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001: 2015/ ISO14001: 2015 / IATF 16949
- จัดประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหารและจัดทำรายงาน
- ควบคุม KPI ให้กับฝ่ายคุณภาพ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Female
• At least 3years experience as ISO management of QC department in manufacturing company
• Have experience of subordinate ( minimum 3persons)
• Conversational middle to high level of English (Report to Japanese president)
• Personality : Blight and strong mental to internal each managers
• Experience as leadership of project under company KPI is preferable
• Experience as QA department in 100- 200 employees factory is preferable
• Not Job hopper is preferable ( at least 3years working experience in same company)
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate,
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday working; every other week)

• บุคลิกภาพ : มีจิตใจที่เข้มแข็งและแข็งแกร่งต่อผู้จัดการภายในแต่ละคน
• มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นผู้นำโครงการภายใต้ KPI ของบริษัทจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์เป็นแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพในโรงงานที่มีพนักงาน 100-200 คนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ไม่ควรเลือก Job Hopper (มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในบริษัทเดียวกัน)
