Interior Designer (25K–30K) (SDG-63746)
นักออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน
<Job Responsibilities>
- Undertake design project from concept to completion by coordinate with project architect on designing interior / furniture for hotel and building
- Interpret and translate plan and requirement from designer and architecture into sketch drawing to help purchasing team and supplier to source material and build-in furniture as expected
- Take response on Inhouse renovation (Apartment / Restaurant / fitness / small building)
- Understand process flow since material needed until instalment
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, interior outsource and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years working experience as Interior / Interior freelance ( renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Able to read drawing and experience drawing build -in furniture
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินโครงการออกแบบตั้งแต่แนวคิดจนเสร็จสิ้นโดยประสานงานกับสถาปนิกโครงการในการออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน / เฟอร์นิเจอร์สำหรับโรงแรมและอาคาร
- ตีความและแปลแผนและข้อกำหนดจากนักออกแบบและสถาปัตยกรรมเป็นการร่างแบบร่างเพื่อช่วยทีมจัดซื้อและซัพพลายเออร์ในการจัดหาวัสดุและเฟอร์นิเจอร์บิลท์อินตามที่คาดไว้
- ตอบรับการปรับปรุง Inhouse (อพาร์ทเม้นท์ / ร้านอาหาร / ฟิตเนส / อาคารขนาดเล็ก)
- เข้าใจโฟลว์กระบวนการตั้งแต่วัสดุที่จำเป็นจนถึงการผ่อนชำระ
- วิจัยและตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดหาวัสดุและผลิตภัณฑ์
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับนักออกแบบ นักตกแต่ง สถาปนิก ผู้รับเหมาช่วงภายใน และ คอนสตรัคเตอร์
- วิจัยและติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุตสาหกรรม วิวัฒนาการ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานตกแต่งภายใน / ตกแต่งภายใน อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี (งานปรับปรุง วางผังพื้นที่ และก่อสร้างใหม่)
- สามารถอ่าน Drawing และมีประสบการณ์ Drawing Build-in Furniture
- ความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดวาง สี แสง การเลือกใช้วัสดุ เฟอร์นิเจอร์สั่งทำ และการติดตั้งทั้งหมด
