<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control subordinates as sales team
- Underwriting company risk and consider matched insurance program
- Visit Clients and provide Insurance solution to existing and new clients
- Set strategic sales & marketing planning to maintain existing customer and expand business to prospect customer
- Provide General/Health insurance service to the clients
- Handled sales performance, and marketing activity to ensure achievement of sales target and company profit objectives
- Visit client with JP management with company car
- Coordinate with concern parties
- Provide report to management
- Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5-7 years’ experience in General Insurance field
- Working experience as Manager
- Strong knowledge of underwriting about general insurance
- Conversational level of English
- Non-Life insurance broker license (General)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having work experience in Japanese insurance company

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri <non-Saturday working>)
