Import & Export Deputy Manager (Chinese Speaking)
(60K – 90K) (SDG-53382)

Duties & Responsibilities
-Control all business units such as trading business, Export business, Import business and others solution design business.
-Supporting and coordinating with 24 automotive customers (First tiers) and 1 automotive customer (OEM).
-Annual budget setting (OPEX and CAPEX) with P&L analysis.
-Coordinate with customs broker for problem solving about customs clearance process.
-Warehouse controlling for receiving, storing and preparing.
-Transportation controlling for inbound (Port to warehouse) and outbound (warehouse to customers).
-Pricing, Costing negotiation and contract framework reviewing that relate with business handled.
-Analyzes the feasibility and develop requirements for new business
-Solutions designed and implementation for the new business


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Age 30-45 years
-Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain, Science, Management or in a related field.
-Have experience at least 5 years about Import and Export in Logistic field
-Have management experience at least 2 years about Import and Export in Logistic field
-Advanced conversation high level of Chinese ( HSK level 5)
-Advanced conversation middle to high level of English
-Familiar with freight forwarders operating system, international freight forwarding market, experience in shipping import customer service operation.
-Have knowledgeable in shipping process and documentation, customer clearance process.
-Have Custom clearance license

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-ดำเนินการออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นส่วนอลูมิเนียมหล่อขึ้นรูป
-ประสานงานลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอกให้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการผลิตและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
-ติดต่อผู้จำหน่ายแม่พิมพ์ภายนอก
-สร้างรายการควบคุมการพัฒนาและการวาดชิ้นส่วนใหม่
-ดำเนินกระบวนการประเมินและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาหลังจากออกแบบเสร็จแล้วสร้างโซลูชันเมื่อพบปัญหา
-เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าเพื่อดูการนำเสนอการออกแบบกระบวนการอัปเดตและการแก้ไขปัญหา
-สร้างและเสนอโครงการใหม่หรือข้อมูลจำเพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
-จัดทำรายงาน
-งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 25-40 ปี
-อนุปริญญาในสาขาวิศวกรรม
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้เครื่องมือ CAD
-ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในการออกแบบทั้ง '' ผลิตภัณฑ์ '' และ '' แม่พิมพ์ ''
-สามารถเจรจากับผู้จำหน่ายแม่พิมพ์
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา
