Import and Export Staff (28K-30K) (SDG-80684)
เจ้าหน้าที่นำเข้าและส่งออก
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with Sales team and JPHQ about orders from client and delivery schedule and method
- Contact forwarder about shipping method and schedule after getting order from client
- Prepare import-export document and submit to related department
- Handling and issuing documents such as PO, Tax invoice, etc.
- Monitor and control stock movement & inventory
- *In the future, BOI task might be assigned
- Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5 years of working experience as Import and Export in trading or manufacturing company or logistics company
- Conversational middle level of English (Email, document)
- Have knowledge of BOI tasks
- Can commute or relocate to Samut Sakhon factory
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational high-level English

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและ JPHQ เกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและกำหนดการจัดส่งและวิธีการ
- ติดต่อ Forwarder เกี่ยวกับวิธีการจัดส่งและกำหนดเวลาหลังจากได้รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก และส่งไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การจัดการและการออกเอกสารเช่น PO ใบกำกับภาษี ฯลฯ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการเคลื่อนไหวของสต็อกและสินค้าคงคลัง
- *ในอนาคตอาจได้รับมอบหมายงาน BOI
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 5 ปี ด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออกในบริษัทการค้าหรือการผลิตหรือบริษัทโลจิสติกส์
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง (อีเมล, เอกสาร)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงาน BOI
- สามารถเดินทางหรือย้ายที่อยู่อาศัยไปยังแถวโรงงานสมุทรสาครได้
