<Job Responsibilities>
- Manages the import/export process, and ensures compliance with Thai government laws and regulations.
- Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation.
- Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
- Manage to complete the necessary requirement regarding to custom clearance, tariff, duties, taxes and shipping procedures.
- Negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials as necessary.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Import & Export Manager in any industry
- Knowledge in custom clearance, tariff, duties, taxes and shipping procedures
- Management experiences
- Good command of verbal and written in English (to use with Japanese Management team, documents and reports)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in food manufacturers

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Saturday depends on company calendar, approx. 2 Saturdays per month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการนำเข้า/ส่งออก และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของรัฐบาลไทย
- เร่งการไหลของการจราจรไปยัง/จากปลายทางต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งเอกสารศุลกากรและการขนส่ง
- ดูแลความสมบูรณ์ของเอกสารและธุรกรรมทางการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดจำหน่ายระหว่างประเทศในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- จัดการเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากร ภาษี ภาษีอากร ภาษี และขั้นตอนการจัดส่ง
- เจรจาต่อรองกับลูกค้าหรือจัดการกับปัญหากับเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรตามความจำเป็น
- บริหารจัดการพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชาในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในแต่ละวัน
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของโครงการ/แผนก/เป้าหมายและเป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Import & Export Manager อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความรู้ด้านพิธีการศุลกากร ภาษีอากร ภาษี และขั้นตอนการขนส่ง
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้กับทีมผู้บริหาร เอกสาร และรายงานชาวญี่ปุ่น)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในผู้ผลิตอาหาร
