                Human Resource Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-116512)
<Job responsibilities>
Overseeing human resources functions, leading all aspects of human resource management. This role is a critical leadership position requiring expertise in core HR functions, and alignment with Japanese corporate culture.
- Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Contributing to workforce planning and Management initiatives.
- Driving action plans and organizational changes to Support business objectives.
- Managing labor relations and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Fostering a positive and harmonious workplace culture.
- Overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Implementing training programs and establishing training standards.
- Driving performance Management and talent development initiatives.
- Preparing and delivering HR reports to senior management.
- Building Strong relationships with Internal and external stakeholders.
											
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 8 years of HR experience (HRM & HRD) 
- Experience in manufacturing sector and Japanese company
- Strong leadership Experience in Managing a team of HR professionals.
(As Assistant Manager, Manager level)
- Having a comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions, including strategy, workforce Management, training, Employee Relation and compensation and Benefit etc.
- Passionate About creating a work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and excited to come to work every day.
- a self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Being able to navigate and adapt to Japanese business culture.
- Conversational high to business level of English (report to Japanese Management, meeting etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Electronic or Automotive manufacturing industry.
- Having TOEIC score 650 or higher
- Early join candidate
- Having personal car
