เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (สำนักงานใหญ่)
<Job responsibilities>
- Protocol with government agencies on HR issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Maintain payroll processing system and records
- Process the company payroll every payment period
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- งานเกี่ยวกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐในประเด็นด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
- เก็บรักษาบันทึกของพนักงาน (การเข้าร่วม ข้อมูล EEO ฯลฯ) ตามนโยบายและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
- ดูแลระบบประมวลผลและบันทึกเงินเดือน
- จัดทำบัญชีเงินเดือนของบริษัททุกงวดการจ่ายเงิน
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years experience in HR and payroll
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English ( with Japanese teams and Customers )
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Can join immediacy

Workplace Area: BTS Saint Louis
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri [flexible to 8.30-17.30, WFH])
