<Job Responsibilities>
Develop and implement HR and GA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or issues
Manage overall HR functions
Maintain management guidelines
Ensure legal compliance
Contribute to team
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in administration related or HRM
At least 10 years of work experience in any field of HRM and has at least 5 years in management level
Have majority of work experience in HRM position from manufacturing business
Have knowledge of payroll & HRM software system
Have active and initiative personality
Good leadership personality
Good command in English and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, target oriented with proactive approach, and good communication skills horizontally and vertically
Good knowledge of legal compliances Ready to respond during non-working hours in case of needs
