<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of overall GA tasks.
- Administration of office supplies and common areas, such as budget control, car park, canteen, lighting system, security guard, waste disposal.
- Manage issuing and renewal of Visa and work permit for Japanese
- Maintain all facilities(Infrastructure, building, etc)
- Security, safety, environment and health
- Some translation tasks related to GA
- Others as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 22 - 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree / Fresh-graduated
- Business level of Japanese skill (N2, N1 level)
- Good command of English skill
- Can commute by own
- High motivation for back office

- การบริหารเครื่องใช้สำนักงานและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง เช่น การควบคุมงบประมาณ ที่จอดรถ โรงอาหาร ระบบไฟ รปภ. การกำจัดขยะ
- จัดการการออกและต่ออายุวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงานสำหรับชาวญี่ปุ่น
- ดูแลสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด (โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน อาคาร ฯลฯ)
- ความปลอดภัย ความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขภาพ
- งานแปลบางอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ GA
