Food Regulatory Affair Specialist (Ayutthaya) (25K-50K) (SDG-81892)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conducting a regulatory check for food compliance.
- Provide technical information for regulatory affairs of exporting countries to acquire the requires regulatory package (Product composition, ingredient specification and label) and registration documents.
- Provide regulatory support for importing countries.
- Check and update yearly sub-material of raw material.
- Developing product label specification in accordance with local regulatory labeling requirement.
- Update concerning food regulatory.
- Check full analysis result of raw material, packaging and product compare with food regulation.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years as Regulatory Affair, Quality Assurance
- Experienced in Food Factory
- Thai FDA and Food Regulation.
- Good command in English (Internal meeting, documents)
- Comfort to visit related agency such as FDA (company car with driver is supported)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree of food science

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านอาหาร
- ให้ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคสำหรับกิจการด้านกฎระเบียบของประเทศผู้ส่งออกเพื่อขอรับบรรจุภัณฑ์ตามข้อกำหนด (องค์ประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์ ข้อมูลจำเพาะของส่วนผสม และฉลาก) และเอกสารการจดทะเบียน
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านกฎระเบียบสำหรับประเทศผู้นำเข้า
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงวัสดุย่อยประจำปีของวัตถุดิบ
- พัฒนาข้อกำหนดฉลากผลิตภัณฑ์ตามข้อกำหนดการติดฉลากข้อบังคับในท้องถิ่น
- อัปเดตเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบด้านอาหาร
- ตรวจสอบผลการวิเคราะห์วัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ และผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมด, เปรียบเทียบกับข้อกำหนดด้านอาหาร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการ, การประกันคุณภาพ
- มีประสบการณ์โรงงานอาหาร
- อย.และระเบียบอาหาร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ประชุมภายใน, เอกสาร)
- ยินยอมในการเข้าเยี่ยมหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น อย. (รองรับรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร
