Finance & Accounting Manager (Leasing) (70K–80K) (SDG-105295)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชี (ลีสซิ่ง)

<Job responsibilities>
• Establish and enforce proper Finance & Accounting Policies, Objective management, Plans and Reports.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations and coaching staff of finance & accounting department and analyze financial statements, motivate team to meet target team.
• Create accounting data for developing & implementing new systems related accounting process.
• Support & provide data to audit by certified public accountants and HQ.
• Co-ordinate with Banks for conduct banking transaction & cash handling transactions included borrowing & return loan transaction.
• Co-ordinate with Government Office (Especially Revenue Department & DBD) to conduct appropriate tax declarations and tax payments.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• จัดทำและบังคับใช้นโยบายการเงินและการบัญชี การจัดการวัตถุประสงค์ แผนและรายงานที่เหมาะสม
• บริหารจัดการและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันและฝึกสอนพนักงานของฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชี และวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน จูงใจทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
• สร้างข้อมูลทางบัญชีสำหรับการพัฒนาและการนำระบบใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการบัญชีไปใช้
• สนับสนุนและให้ข้อมูลการตรวจสอบโดยผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาตและสำนักงานใหญ่
• ประสานงานกับธนาคารในการทำธุรกรรมทางธนาคารและธุรกรรมการจัดการเงินสด รวมถึงธุรกรรมการยืมและคืนเงินกู้
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานของรัฐ (โดยเฉพาะกรมสรรพากร และกรมสรรพากร) เพื่อจัดทำรายการภาษีและชำระภาษีอย่างเหมาะสม



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Master’s degree will be a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in accounting or finance and 5 years in managing a team.
- Capability in financial statements and Cash Flow Management.
- Has An accounting certificate (CPD)
- Accounting standard, taxation based on Thai GAAP & IFRS, and Finance.
- Hire purchase account knowledge.
- Company budget knowledge.
- Business core knowledge.
- Good command of English and computer skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CPA will Be a plus.
- Have Leadership skills
- Experience in financial or Leasing company
- TOEIC 450 up

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Si lam
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(- Monday - Friday, WIO 100%)

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 40 - 47 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน ปริญญาโทจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7-10 ปีในด้านบัญชีหรือการเงิน และ 5 ปีในการจัดการทีมงาน
- ความสามารถในการจัดทำงบการเงินและการจัดการกระแสเงินสด
- มีใบรับรองการบัญชี (CPD)
- มาตรฐานการบัญชี ภาษีตาม Thai GAAP & IFRS และการเงิน
- มีความรู้เรื่องบัญชีเช่าซื้อ
- ความรู้เรื่องงบประมาณของบริษัท
- ความรู้หลักทางธุรกิจ
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและคอมพิวเตอร์ดี
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มี CPA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินหรือบริษัทลีสซิ่ง
- TOEIC 450 ขึ้นไป
