<Job responsibilities>
- Technical support: Provide advanced Technical support and troubleshooting for customers using genotyping technology and Next Generation Sequencing, ensuring optimal product performance.
- Training and Education: Conduct Training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff on product applications, features, and best practices, focusing on Illumina technologies.
- Problem Solving: Independently analyze and resolve complex Technical issues, utilizing advanced Problem-Solving skills to address multifactorial challenges.
- Method Development: Develop and implement methodologies, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve accurate and reliable results for customer projects.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain Strong relationships with clients, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Product Demonstration: Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities, helping clients understand the benefits of the technology.
- Feedback and Reporting: Gather and relay customer Feedback to internal teams for product improvement and Provide detailed reports on customer interactions and Technical support.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in biotechnology to offer strategic insights and support.
- Documentation: Create and Maintain Technical Documentation, Training materials, and user guides for clients and internal reference.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related fields.
- Experience in genotyping technology and Next Generation Sequencing.
- Familiarity with biotechnology and knowledge of Illumina applications is a plus.
- Extensive field Experience in providing advanced Technical support to customers.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English [to communicate, report, and documents]
- Ability to Independently Demonstrate Problem-Solving skills for complex, multifactorial issues.
- Independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, or evaluation criteria for accurate results.
- Understanding of common software programs and/or bioinformatics tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
