<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage overall about the production process
- Check the progress for each process by communicating with team members
- Plan the strategy to solve the productivity and the efficiency
- Manage the stock of material
- Report the progress to Japanese MD
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years experience as Factory/Manufacturing general management
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Conversational middle level of Japanese (Communicate with Japanese MD)
- Conversational middle level of English (Read and write documents)
- Strong skill for planning and ability to make business run smoothly

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- JLPT N2 up

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Bangplee, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (SAT: Depend on project - compensate as OT allowance, Work in Office 100%))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- บริหารจัดการโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าสำหรับแต่ละกระบวนการโดยการสื่อสารกับสมาชิกในทีม
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์ในการแก้ปัญหาการเพิ่มผลผลิตและประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดการสต๊อกวัตถุดิบ
- รายงานความคืบหน้าให้ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่นทราบ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 38 - 50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 7-10 ปี ในการจัดการโรงงาน / การผลิตทั่วไป
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนากลาง (สื่อสารกับ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง (สำหรับการอ่านและเขียนเอกสาร)
- มีทักษะในการวางแผนและสามารถทำธุรกิจได้อย่างราบรื่น
