Work outline: Manage factory’s overall quality control and operation [Except Budget]

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards.
Ø    Representing the organization in the community and promoting the goodwill and interests of the organization throughout the community.
Ø    Performing various individual assignments; establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community.
Ø    Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Ø    Coordinating production schedules and helping to improve factory throughput while working with Supply Chain to shorten or meet customer delivery dates.
Ø    Working to set staffing resources as well as volumes required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quality and quantity.
Ø    Monitor operations including quality control and acknowledge false action before it trigger huge damage to the company

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 30-50 years old
Ø    Bachelor degree
Ø    ISO:9001
Ø    More than 5 years’ experience as Manager/Assisting Mgr. in Mass production manufacturing factory or equivalent)
Ø    JAPANESE N3 or Equivalent
Ø    Good interpersonal skill to manage all members in factory
Ø    Must own a car

Prefer:
Ø    Experience in rubber industry
Ø    Experience in Assisting Mass Manufacturing factory or Equivalent
Ø    Able to work under pressure and overtime

Languages skills
English: CONVERSATIONAL SKILLS
Japanese: N3 or Above [TBC WRITING AND READING SKILLS]

Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
 Working Hour: 9:00 - 17:00 (MON – FRI) [might require to work on SAT]

About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 120,000THB negotiable
