Factory Assistant Manager (Ayutthaya) (80K–120K) (SDG-62420)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall production line including production, quality, continuous improvement, and other matters within and across departments
- Manage all other managers and staff in the organization
- Check whether the manufacturing process is operating without any problems
- Collaborate with other departments in product development and quality
- Advice subordinates to proceed with the dyeing process and solve problems
- Evaluate members performance and improve their skill
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in factory/manufacturing management in the packaging industry
- Work Experience in Quality, Production and Manufacturing Engineering Support
- Good command of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of QA and QC in flexible packaging
- Experience in Japanese Company
- Japanese language

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สายการผลิตโดยรวมรวมถึงการผลิต คุณภาพ การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเรื่องอื่นๆ ภายในและข้ามแผนก
- จัดการผู้จัดการและพนักงานอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดในองค์กร
- ตรวจสอบว่ากระบวนการผลิตทำงานโดยไม่มีปัญหาใด ๆ
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นๆ ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และคุณภาพ
- แนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในการดำเนินการกระบวนการย้อมสีและแก้ปัญหา
- ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของสมาชิกและพัฒนาทักษะของพวกเขา
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/ หญิง 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในการบริหารโรงงาน/การผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมคุณภาพ การผลิต และการผลิต
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์ QA และ QC ในบรรจุภัณฑ์แบบยืดหยุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่น
