Work Outline: Responsible for oversee all of process of import and export sea freight and air freight
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and assist manager with the daily running processes in the Import and Export department
Sometimes visit to warehouse by company car with driver
Manages the import/export process and ensures compliance with the government laws and regulations
Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner
May negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks
Leads and directs the work of others
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 26-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Logistics is preferable)
At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in Import-Export (Logistics)
Able to visit to warehouse by company car with driver
Preferable Skill / Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure
Languages skills
English: Conversational level *Understanding English document & e-mal
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS) Bearing
Working Hour: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday)
