<Job Responsibilities>
Import responsibility
- Ensuring incoming shipment has been customs cleared within agreed time by Sea /air /Cross border shipment.
- Following up with the freight forwarder of shipment arrival.
- Correctness of HS code and all related import documents.
- Provide approval to shipping agents for import custom declaration.
- Keep improving incoming costs to get the best competitiveness.
- Coordinating with external parties as in related government sectors / departments for tax exemption.
- Keep recording and filing and reporting to related government departments.
- Compare and recommend competitive Incoterm.

Export responsibility
- Manage shipment conditions without customer complaint and delay service.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment notification and paperwork.
- Coordinate with Liner /freight forwarder to reserve and book shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with liner freight forwarder to submit SI /VGM
- Coordinate with warehouse to prepare and shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping brokers for customs clearance and FTA form submission for Sea /Air /Cross border shipment.
- Ensuring all shipment is on time delivery and in full.
- Selecting a competitive Liner /freight forwarder to get cost competitiveness & updating freight cost file.
- Proactively by reviewing and updating customs regulation
- Following government regulation strictly.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-32 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years in Import, Export & BOI (Logistics, Freight forwarding, Trading (Import & Export) or Supply Chain business)
- 1 year as supervisor level
- Strong leadership, passion and Cando-attitude.
- Good English command (Coordinate with oversea)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics /International Business or related field.
- TOEIC 500 or over

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri (Sat working: None))

หัวหน้าฝ่ายส่งออกและนำเข้า (30K-35K) (SDG-73608)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ความรับผิดชอบในการนำเข้า
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการขนส่งขาเข้าได้รับการเคลียร์ทางศุลกากรภายในเวลาที่ตกลงกันโดยการขนส่งทางทะเล / ทางอากาศ / ข้ามพรมแดน
- ติดตามงานกับ Freight Forwarder ของการขนส่งสินค้าขาเข้า
- ความถูกต้องของรหัส HS และเอกสารนำเข้าที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
- ให้การอนุมัติแก่ตัวแทนจัดส่งสำหรับใบขนสินค้านำเข้า
- ปรับปรุงต้นทุนที่เข้ามาอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ได้ความสามารถในการแข่งขันที่ดีที่สุด
- ประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอกในหน่วยงาน/หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการยกเว้นภาษี
- เก็บบันทึกและยื่นและรายงานไปยังส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เปรียบเทียบและแนะนำ Incoterm ที่แข่งขันได้

ความรับผิดชอบในการส่งออก
- จัดการเงื่อนไขการจัดส่งโดยไม่ต้องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและบริการล่าช้า
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อแจ้งการจัดส่งและเอกสาร
- ประสานงานกับ Liner / Freight Forwarder เพื่อจองและจองตารางการจัดส่ง
- ประสานงานกับ liner Freight Forwarder เพื่อยื่น SI /VGM
- ประสานงานกับโกดังเพื่อจัดเตรียมและจัดส่ง
- ประสานงานกับตัวแทนจัดส่งสำหรับพิธีการศุลกากรและยื่นแบบฟอร์ม FTA สำหรับการขนส่งทางทะเล / ทางอากาศ / ข้ามพรมแดน
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการจัดส่งทั้งหมดเป็นการจัดส่งตรงเวลาและครบถ้วน
- การเลือก Liner / Freight Forwarder ที่แข่งขันได้เพื่อให้ได้ต้นทุนที่แข่งขันได้และอัปเดตไฟล์ค่าขนส่ง
- เชิงรุกโดยการทบทวนและปรับปรุงระเบียบศุลกากร
- ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบราชการอย่างเคร่งครัด

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการนำเข้า ส่งออก และ BOI (โลจิสติกส์ การขนส่งสินค้า การค้า (นำเข้าและส่งออก) หรือธุรกิจซัพพลายเชน)
- 1 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ กระตือรือร้น และมีทัศนคติแบบแคนโด
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ประสานงานกับต่างประเทศ)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์ / ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- TOEIC 500 ขึ้นไป
