(ESH) Specialist Safety Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Occupational safety management
• Implementation of PSM/ PSSR/ LOTO/ work permits
• Supporting environmental management (waste management, wastewater management, air pollution management)
• All work related to compliance with laws and regulations related to occupational safety and health, business design, implementation, employee education, etc.
• Setting up and managing ISO 45001
• Other assignments as discussed with the team
• Other tasks will be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-50 years
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in the fermentation, food, chemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industry as an ESH safety officer (Professional level)
• License in occupational health and safety (professional level)
• A sense of engagement and responsibility towards company’s projects
• An appreciation for new experiences and challenges
• Ability to deliver and share our company’s culture and image
• Ability to work under pressure and react to an ever-changing environment
• Experience or knowledge related to systematic work (5S, 4M [work
• standardization], ISO 90001)
• Must hold a driving license (no car or bus service available)
• Excellent knowledge of Thai occupational health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Advance conversation middle level of English
• Licensed DIW wastewater treatment controller is preferable
• Licensed DIW air pollutant controller is preferable
• Licensed DIW hazardous waste controller is preferable
• Licensed DIW hazardous chemical controller is preferable
• TOEIC score of 740 or higher is preferable

•การจัดการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
•การดำเนินการ PSM / PSSR / LOTO / ใบอนุญาตทำงาน
•สนับสนุนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม (การจัดการขยะ, การจัดการน้ำเสีย, การจัดการมลพิษทางอากาศ)
•งานทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยการออกแบบธุรกิจการนำไปใช้การศึกษาของพนักงาน ฯลฯ
•การตั้งค่าและจัดการ ISO 45001
•การมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่หารือกับทีม

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-50 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการหมักอาหารเคมีปิโตรเคมีหรือเภสัชกรรมในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย ESH (ระดับมืออาชีพ)
•ใบอนุญาตด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย (ระดับมืออาชีพ)
•ความรู้สึกผูกพันและรับผิดชอบต่อโครงการของบริษัท
•ขอบคุณสำหรับประสบการณ์และความท้าทายใหม่ ๆ
•ความสามารถในการส่งมอบและแบ่งปันวัฒนธรรมและภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัท
•ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและตอบสนองต่อสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา
•ประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ (5S, 4M [งานมาตรฐาน], ISO 90001)
•ต้องมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ (ไม่มีบริการรถยนต์หรือรถประจำทาง)

•มีความเป็นผู้นำความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและทักษะการสื่อสารที่แข็งแกร่ง
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•ตัวควบคุมการบำบัดน้ำเสีย DIW ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ตัวควบคุมมลพิษทางอากาศ DIW ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ตัวควบคุมของเสียอันตราย DIW ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ตัวควบคุมสารเคมีอันตราย DIW ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นที่ต้องการ
•คะแนน TOEIC 740 ขึ้นไปเป็นที่ต้องการ
