Environment Health and Safety Manager
(60K – 80K) (SDG-54888)
ผู้จัดการด้านอนามัยและความปลอดภัยสิ่งแวดล้อม

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of Environment Health and Safety program to all level of the organization both project and normal operation to safe, healthy and environmentally responsible plant.
• Maintain all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with require law and local record keeping requirement, as well as all required external submission reports.
• Ensure compliance with TEE report (Initial Environmental Examination Report), governmental regulation and industry standards.
• Responsible to coordinate between Plan Safety Organization and Engineering Safety Organization to ensure both organization are smoothly link together.
• Responsible to give an adviser to Project Manager on relevant and appropriate EHS policy for the project.
• Coordinate compliance review audits with corporate, governmental agencies and third party personnel and maintain proactive and positive relation with regulatory agencies, trade group, and community stakeholder.
• Monitor emerging safety issue throughout industry and initiate proactive gap closure action of industry best practices.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Occupation health and safety or related field with safety
• Have Safety Professional Certificate
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Safety in any Manufacturing industry
• Have management experience as Safety Manager at least 3 years in any Manufacturing industry
• Have knowledge about OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Advanced conversation middle to high level of English
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Safety in Chemical industry is preferable
• Have management experience as Safety Manager at least 3 years in Chemical industry is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-เป็นผู้นำจัดการและประสานงานทุกด้านของโครงการอนามัยและความปลอดภัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกับทุกระดับขององค์กรทั้งในโครงการและการดำเนินงานตามปกติไปสู่โรงงานที่ปลอดภัยสุขภาพดีและรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
-เก็บรักษาเอกสารทั้งหมดที่จำเป็นเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดในการเก็บบันทึกในท้องที่ตลอดจนรายงานการส่งภายนอกที่จำเป็น
-ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามรายงาน TEE (รายงานการตรวจสอบสิ่งแวดล้อมเบื้องต้น) กฎระเบียบของรัฐบาลและมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม
-รับผิดชอบในการประสานงานระหว่างองค์กรความปลอดภัยตามแผนและองค์กรความปลอดภัยทางวิศวกรรมเพื่อให้ทั้งสององค์กรเชื่อมโยงกันอย่างราบรื่น

-ประสานงานการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดกับองค์กรหน่วยงานของรัฐและบุคลากรของบุคคลภายนอกและรักษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงรุกและเชิงบวกกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลกลุ่มการค้าและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในชุมชน
-ตรวจสอบปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยที่เกิดขึ้นทั่วทั้งอุตสาหกรรมและเริ่มดำเนินการปิดช่องว่างเชิงรุกของแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรม

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 35-45 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัย
-มีใบรับรองวิชาชีพด้านความปลอดภัย
-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการในฐานะผู้จัดการความปลอดภัยอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีเป็นที่ต้องการ
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการในฐานะผู้จัดการความปลอดภัยอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีเป็นที่ต้องการ
